You unlock it by completing the map in under 10 minutes you did not complete it in under 10, the unlock description is wrong and belong to the static version of the camo
It is a bug. The static one happens after completing the circuit.
The moving one happens after completing the circuit in under 10 minutes
The pink one happens when you finish and get the coins to get to the castle.
Just finish the challenge in 10 minutes and you will be golden
