Yes cause you could gain access to Vs rooftop apartment up there I think they blocked it off now though
now imagine the sequel, when they add interiors and overall map density to the already insanely detailed and dense night city.

I’m sure that somewhere I saw a video of someone climbing that building up to the penthouse. If I recall correctly, there’s even a market that you ‘‘can’t’’ reach
I finally could climb one last floor but it ends here, everything is false texture
