Not really. I use Spawn because it looks cool (like Jigsaw in O.G. Warzone) and it has aura around it.

besides what’s been mentioned, you get it very early to right away on a new account. so all the players making smurf accounts or been shadowbanned and made new accounts, you’ll see this almost 100% of the time

The game doesn’t always load in people’s skins, me and my friends all run unique and in the beginning when match is loading in, or even all game for some people it’s never the skin they have on, it’s always some default skin
