Maelstrom graffiti
Maybe it’s graffiti of an arasaka mantis blades cyber psycho. Looks similar to the one that attacks you and takamura at the end of part 1

I saw this with my sunglasses on, so I thought it was a patch of wet concrete that some naked dude face planted into. The bottom circle is his nutsack.
