Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity?

I think it has nearly every element that makes it cyberpunk. Technology is the main theme of the game – the player uses technology like the hoverboards to progress the story to the end. The central antagonist is a corrupt megacorporation with police robots that went rogue, seeking new technology for personal benefit. The main characters use that technology to escape reality and break the laws of nature, even when they can barely control it.
