I’ve watched some YT vids on how to undervolt an AMD cpu but I’m so confused with the Asrock BIOS that I’m kind of afraid to nudge some or change the values (it’s my first time doing this). This is a photo of the bios (idk how to screenshot the bios). Any help on where I can change the values? I just need to change the voltage from 1.3 V to 1.2 V. Thanks!

You have an XMP profile applied for your ram and I would suggest if you don’t know what you’re doing, as you mention, then don’t go any further.
Undervolting the CPU should be done through a negative PBO offset ideally set per core, the menu is found under AMD Overclocking in the advanced tab if your board and BIOS version support it.
