That’s a really interesting piece, looking at the design it’s a fairly intricate pcb, however looking at the silkscreen it looks like it was modified- see the top label for “wedcam” and the lower left for “2nd fan” in different fonts, doesn’t scream finished design from hp so could be a grey market build.
In any case the lack of io make this look like an embedded board or possibly a point of sale system, if you can’t find the model number on Google I’d say you could put it back in the trash

So it’s from an AIO as a family member used to have one. One of the higher specs one though as it as the dedicated graphics
Probably a i3 or i5 (even a i7) may be a low end GTX chip on it
