Good for looking around for a bargain. Or atleast worthy parts. if that was together 1k. I’ve a feeling I’ve to notify you about the missing a case with fans, gpu and cpu cooler

The i9 builds are so expensive because most did put a full loop in there. Or did crazy expensive mods. And yea they probably won’t sell it.

They can list it for whatever they want. At the prices I have seen on facebook marketplace i will buy new parts.

People want too much for their used junk. On my last build back in 2020 I wanted to get a used graphics card to save a buck. People wanted the same money for a used GTX1080 as a new 2060 Super cost. Obviously I went for the 2060 Super.

AMD is great for people on a budget for a reason but marketing and “educated” peoples will tell you it’s great

So many people don’t even realize how quickly hardware depreciates, I’ve seen people in the buildapc sub buy a used 1660ti machine for $800 lmao..

Yeah, but no one says you need to buy it either as you’ve demonstrated here. Regardless of your particular experience, eBay and other local / web based marketplaces are still great for bargain shopping PC parts though if you keep up with hardware pricing and know what to look for as well as look out for.

The 9900K especially is incredibly expensive and I do not get it. I’ve seen asks around £250 for it. I bought my 5800X for £140 and it smashes the pants off it, and they’ve gone DOWN since.

Lil bit overspent , could’ve got pretty much the same thing for like 800-850

I had the same PSU as you, it lasted 1 year and went wonky on me. Replaced it with the ATX 3.0 version of that and now it’s smooth sailing. Most likely I got a lemon.

Where I am everything 7th Gen Intel and older is super cheap. Everything over is crazy expensive. I wanted a cheap rig that supports windows 11. Because of the crazy prices I’ll be buying new. AM4 is really cheap if you just want a low end PC.

Ok, now buy GPU, CPU cooler, and case and few fans for another 1500+ and you are good to go, to say that you saved money and built better buying and building yourself instead 1000$ build on fb market

And I just sold for 800$ build that cost me 2300$ 2 years ago, and I was trying to sell it for almost half year.
Truth is, once it’s bought it is already sentenced to trash because people want to buy for scrap and treat that marketplaces like everything should be for free.

    phanteks argb P400
    Seasonic Focus 850W Gold
    Asus ROG strix x570-e
    AMD 5 5600x
    Dominator Platinum 3200cl16
    Radeon 6900xt Nitro Plus

And yet, nobody considered it as good price almost half year ago. So yeah. Once you buy something, you can already save money for another parts because those you are holding now will be worth almost nothing in next 2 years.

Oh and also, nobody respects your time that you put into building that super awesome deal marketplace build, it’s always free service but yet everyone want to be respected. Amazing world we live in.

  12. That’s basically the exact build I’m looking for, I was confused on the PSU, I’ll go with Seasonic

  13. As owner of same MB, Ryzen and 6k+ ram from vengeance, I can ensure that even with fast bios logo, your boot time on this MB may take some time (up to 40-55s in my case). Sometimes MB looks like forgetting RAM settings and takes longer time to recalc and boot (up to 2mins with black screen). It is probably one of the disadvantages what I havr noticed on this motherboard.

That’s a much better investment longterm anyway
