No, it’s just V’s personal pistol you get at the start
nope. you just pick it up from whats his name’s gunshop at the starting apartment. completely free too
Nope, just an item V canonically owns so you’re prevented from losing it. You’ll come across a few more. Frustratingly V won’t use any in cutscenes, even as they can and have been modded to have various weapons.
