After 3 days I finally got the achievement! Two simple but important rules that would save my time 1. Play Nusa mode. 2. Play exclusively in the early morning. 3. You need the center of the map. Hide on the roof (ball) of the museum, or climb inside the jug near the villages in the center of the map. Next, hope that you will not be noticed, and use first aid kits in the last blue circle (you must already have 70% health in advance to be able to use a first aid kit). Good luck
