I’ve been playing Blood of the Dead recently, it’s pretty fun, but I liked Mob of the Dead better.
I used to hate it. But once you know how to get the shield yourself it’s pretty dope.
Blood of the dead is great but the Easter eggs sucks balls solo
I hate BOTD, simple as, it was probably the map that put me off being a mega fan of zombies. First, I just prefer MOTD gameplay loop making the map bigger just seemed like over complexity and only made the map worse.
Next the EE, while the story is S+++ the EE step are E tier the Morse code step solo is tedious as hell and I wouldn’t mind that so much if some of the best content wasn’t gate kept behind such content.
Honestly, it’s not so much that the map is bad as in a vacuum it’s a good map, it’s the fact it takes a near perfect map and makes it worse and that tilts me. Nothing against people that love the map, story is great and it being one of the base map along 2 others is great… It just annoys me if I want to experience the story or boss fight I need to deal with that EE.

Ik it doesn’t work like that but if people could stop comparing it to MOTD they’d enjoy it more imo.
The whole concept was impossible from the beginning becuase MOTD is widely regarded as a top 5 maybe even top3. So topping that, heck even matching it was impossible.
