I undervolted my R5 3600 to 4200ghz and 1.2V because the default clock speeds and voltage are fluctuating the TDC and EDC in Ryzen Master.

Now, this fluctuation happens under cores section. From sleep – to some activity (Also spiking the temperature as seen in the video)

Any suggestions or is this normal on an idle state? Thanks
