I have to pay to play online on my Switch, XSX, and PS5. I don’t have to pay for online play with my PC. I also don’t have to upgrade my PC for another.. Who knows, 4-6 years? My PC also has way more utility (and game variety) than a console.

A Console is just for playing games though. I bet 100% people who own a Console also own a PC or Laptop to some capacity anyhow. Realistically, you’re just a 300-400$ premium away from having a potent gaming PC/Laptop.
