Raising funds and making promises to meet deadlines and then being over decade late on on meeting those deadlines while still continuing to crowd fund and push back the goal post for completion indefinitely seems a lot like “cheating and exploiting.”

Is there any implied integrity in a game in permanent alpha release? It’s an alpha, of course there are exploits and bugs.

Same with my Elite Dangerous account. Used some cheats to make dogfights NPCs easier (I specifically only ever played in PVE servers) and was suspended on the grounds that I was unfairly influencing the ingame market.
I still play. On the same account. But now I very rarely fight anything unless I feel like it.
Good thing it’s in alpha and will never be released as a full game.

It sounds like ships duping and “a bug which basically enables players to sell cargo more than once.” were the major issues that players took advantage of. The ship duping thing seems to be a massive headache for everyone. Is that stuff fixed?

these MFers are charging *thousands* of real live dollars for ships and have the gaul to be upset when people exploit for in game currency.

Suspended in an ” alpha ” where catching bugs is the point. Who cares if exploits happen at this stage just Fix it asap and move on.
