What kind of tactic is that? The entire point is to try and get them to buy it afterwards.
The developers are extremely scummy for this. They purposely released an inferior version on Gamepass. Hopefully Microsoft does something about this.
Love the defense of scummy developers. It’s funny how this subreddit will defend horrendous practices if it’s against Microsoft but when it’s done to them then it’s a problem
same thing happened to Remnant 2.
afaik DLSS isnt available on Gamepass bc its the xbox build and AMD doesnt have DLSS.
FSR should be available though, FSR2 has been used by gamepass titles for some time, and since last month, FSR3 has been also succesfully implemented
Gamepas is a decent deal but the quality of game version you get is just low. Modding games is also nearly impossible on there. It’s good for games that don’t have mods or for trying different games though. If you like a game you tried on gamepass and want to buy it, just go to Steam or GOG.
Can someone tell me what those acronyms mean?
It will be patched in eventually this isn’t uncommon for Gamepass releases.
