Keep the 3090.
if its new and sealed 3090 you may be able to flip it for more. if you DONT break the seal/foil and WONT open box! Depends how much you can get for it 4070ti or Super or 4080 is definitly a option.
Are you sure this isn’t a scam? The information on your screenshot says it’s a 2080ti but the title says 3090
The 4070 in reality is a 60 series card with the price of a 70 highly bumped up, keep the 3090
