Jugg, QR 2.0 (bo4/cw), DT 2.0 and speed cola.
I feel like the obvious 4 are jug, double tap 2.0, speed, and stamin-up.
But, if we’re basing this one how cool the abilities are, i’m going with elemental pop, electric cherry, widow’s wine, and phd flopper.
Also, looking at this made me realise how much some of these perks perfectly compliment each other (electric cherry and speed, widows wine and electric cherry, mule kick and bandolier bandit, stamin-up and quick revive, vulture’s aid and death perception, etc.)

Elemental Pop (I mean it’s electric cherry with ammo mods, helps quite a lot)
Last one depends on the gun.
Any slow reloading gun, especially shotguns, speed cola.
Any assault rifles or machine guns, then probably stamin-up or deadshot depending on map size.
Yes, I primarily play Cold War, which heavily influenced perk choices. I have a problem with the older games that’s typically referred to as a skill issue. (I’m not really that bad, just never really took the time to grind them out, which also means I haven’t seen many of the OP perks)

Bo2 is roughly the same so I’ll skip
Bo3: jugg, doubletap, widows wine, staminup
