This was my first pokemon game, my dad got it for my on my 8th birthday along with a blue gameboy advance sp. It was awesome

When my son came of age, I brought out the N64 and showed him the golden copy of Ocarina of Time cartridge. Before starting his own save, he wanted to see my old save. I didn’t let him go all the way up the tower to Ganon, but did show him the big sword that was optional. It’s the first thing he aspired to get in his save lol
