Just did this mission for like the 6th time. The BDs are really tough to play through. Especially when his Dad beats him. But the whole thing is disturbing from start to finish.
The real horror being the picture taken at the hospital.

I think The Hunt takes the case for the most disturbing mission by far for me, next to that gig with the father and his son
I also found the mission in Judy’s questline where >!Evelyn kills herself!< very shocking and disturbing

I would go with the mission where you find Evelyn. Speak with the XBD dealer, check the BD, and find the “studio”.
While Sinnerman, the Peralez missions and the Hunt is disturbing, I found EVelyn’s final mission the worst. Mostly because that could happen now, or most likely, there is a good chance it is happening now. (not with BD of course, but with porn videos)
