Using previous default values and -30 on the optimizer proved unstable. Testing new values at -25 with the CO. So far it is running cooler with the current settings applied. CO allows you to apply the settings in the bios before it tries to optimize them. The CO is running again, it may want to tweak the settings further though with it continues to run this good I almost don't want to bother but for testing purposes I will.

Almost no chips are stable at -25 all core and you are likely to crash while idle
