I’ve never seen it happen in solo, but it generally means your internet connection sucks. Try minimizing latency by using a wired connection (Ethernet). If you’re already using a wired connection, I’d recommend contacting your ISP because this is completely unacceptable by today’s standards, and your internet is probably unusable for anything else.
