The Korean Gaengsin State, in 2867. A fairly Cyberpunk setting in my opinion! (LORE in comments)

In 2049, a nuclear conflict erupts between the states formerly known as China, Taiwan, the United States, and Russia, which are wiped off and cease to exist.
The Korean DMZ sees heavy artillery bombardment and the use of intense chemical warfare, but the Second Korean War turns into a stalemate, as the Chinese and Russian armies disintegrate under nuclear fire.
Without the support of its allies, the Korean People’s Republic (KPR) makes a deal with the South Korean government: Democracy and unification in exchange for shared resources, which are scarce due to nuclear winter. The now united peninsula’s government moves to Pyongyeang.
In 2069, the Korean corporations and the last members of the KPR ruling class take power in a coup, creating the totalitarian Gaengsin regime: a syncretism between North Korean Juche and the South Korean Corporatism.

The Gaengsin regime installs a meritocracy regime, where the “best citizens” get to live in type 1 and 2 settlements.
Those living in Type-1 settlements, like Seoul, Daegyu, Pyongyang, Wonsan, or Busan, enjoy a life of luxury and convenience in extremely advanced cities that promote quality of life and leisure.
Type-2 dwellers enjoy a less luxurious but still comfortable life, providing manpower for the service industry in the Type-1 settlements.
Type-3 inhabitants generally stay within their district and practice manual labour and agriculture. The Korean Armed Forces also recruit numerous young men from these areas.

However, this model is extremely anti-egalitarian and takes a turn for the worse in the 23rd century:
In order to exploit the resources in irradiated Manchuria, the “worst citizens” are relocated in SRZs, a euphemism for penal colonies. The Gaengsin regime also promotes Korean racial purity, sending ethnic Chinese, Manchu, Russian, and Japanese refugees to the SRZs.
The death rate in SRZs is extremely high, as they are sent to retrieve metals in destroyed Chinese cities without being relieved, receiving lethal doses of radiation and chemical agent exposure over time.
Those who work hard are promised to be moved to SRZ 3, which is considered the most livable of all.

As to keep the reality of the Renewal Regime’s successful economy from its citizens, SRZs are strictly forbidden to Class 1, 2, and 3 citizens.
Equivalently, Class 1, 2 and 3 settlements will be forbidden to people with a criminal record, non-Koreans and non-citizens, who all fall under the “Subhuman class” category under the Gaengsin Human Classification system (GHCS) used to promote what the Regime considers the best in Korean society.

Eh. Not really cyberpunk. But it is kind of offensive. It also somewhat suggests a lack of understanding of Korea and it’s corporate structures. There’s too much going on here and none of it is really interesting no offense.

Honestly there doesn’t seem to be an understanding of geopolitical issues nor the socioeconomic ones. To be honest, it’s just sort of a mess. It’s not interesting nor does it really tell any form of story. I hope you take this feedback well. Typically my advice I’d to not write about subjects you have no experience or background in. Researching is important but it seems like you really did the minimal amount here. This just seems like a random drop off post so eh…

Edit: You seem to have a history of making up somewhat offensive alternative history posts with a weird French? Angle
