Like I’m doing every week, it’s time to share a new story from the narrative universe we have been working on since 2021.
A new short story inspired by one of the cards from our upcoming video game Into The Grid.
This is a way to expand on the narrative universe we have been working on since 2021, introduce more of its lore, and keep sharing content while we work on the game.
In this one, we take a glimpse of how it feels to work for a corporation when you owe them everything.
I hope you enjoy it, let me know your thoughts š

He was bursting with joy, and the jingling sound the keys made whenever he moved seemed to him like the perfect soundtrack to that happinessāall those years of hard work had finally paid off.*
*Wardlord Defense Industries was an excellent workplace, and Yegor worked hard. He liked being a researcher and a scientist. His new promotion to Senior Leader at the Experimental Development Division wouldn’t change his passion for trying new things and exploring new technologies.
