I am planning on using Liquid Metal with my custom loop on my i9-14900k. I want to reduce any possible shortcircuiting happening by isolating the caps/contacts on top of the CPU (marked in red circles) with TG Shield. Does anyone know if thats possible? I searched alot on the web and just found people doing it on their GPU dies but not on the CPUs.

Thanks for any help

    >Thermal Grizzly Shield 5ml is a high temperature protective coating designed to protect against liquid metal or other electrically conductive heat transfer agents. Optimized for fast drying and provides reliable component protection. The high application temperature allows use on all common CPUs.

Mate, the description of TG Shield specifically says it is for “all common CPUs”… It’s exactly what you’re looking for. Where did you searched lol (Google isn’t good anymore I know)

    edit: [here’s the product page](https://www.thermal-grizzly.com/en/shield-coating/s-tg-ash-050-rt)
