My 14900k thermal throttled

Hi this is my build:

• CPU: intel i9-14900K
• GPU: nvidia rtx 4070 SUPER 12gb
• Motherboard: MSI z790 PRO A-MAX
• CpuCOOLER: EK nucleus AIO CR360
• RAM: trident Z5 DDR5 6000 2×32
• SSD: Crucial T500 1tb M2 4gen
• Case: corsair 5000D airflow
• PSU: msi mpg A1000G

But while running a cpu stress test from xtu i get the results in the picture. I don’t know what to do.

I already disabled from bios “enhanced turbo”

I mean tell me everything i should change/ try , to get better performace in general because i’ll eventually gonna run some heavy cfd simulations.
