So this is something that has not really bothered me just confused me. In first person playing as all the ultimis characters in black ops 1 their hands are very different to their hands on pictures with them. For example Nikolai in bo1 in first person has gloves well if we look at him from another character he isn’t wearing gloves all their hands are wrong except for Dempsey. Black ops 3 and 4 fixed this tho.

They’re just reused hand models from campaign/multiplayer. The crews didn’t get unique hand models until Black Ops II.

the ultimis crew is straight up ripped from the WAW campaign the only unique thing about them is their personalities
