Try lowering FoV. If not, it’s all about the lighting

Most likely the focal length or whatever is it called in photo mode (view distance? or field of view? not sure), it’s causing the face proportion distortion. It’s the same as in IRL photography.

Thats just another immersive detail in Cyberpunk! When you look in a mirror everything is fine but once you try to take a Selfie you dont even recognize yourself anymore

has a bit of fish eye effect because of the FOV. try putting it at 30 or lower. Then go indoors and use a lighting mod to replicate the lighting in character creation
