GPU cooler position can change cinebench results? 5800x3d+6950 toxic+ dark hero viii

Hello guys I was trying to get the best from my pc and initially just with basic setting and pbo -25 I was having 15200 in cinebench, some days ago I went to try the ez setting in Asus but was no stable plus I start to have 9000 in cinebench. I tried to reset the best setting from bios but now I'm having 13500 and I don't know if is some setting that is wrong or if the cooler of the GPU that I moved outside the case in this days also can affect the test.
