I’ve seen a window in low town and you can see out but can’t see in. I see this is in the city so maybe there’s some buildings that got messed up in the update. He probably could see you in there but all you see is a weird texture. Hopefully that helps not sure. I couldn’t tell from the pics very well.

This happened to me as well in plunder. I was going for the bunker, got in, and as i interacted with the computer in there for the event, someone killed me at the same time. Couldn’t get rid of it till i left the game.
