When you get replacement armrest cushions, get the memory foam back pillow too. Game changer (So are the memory foam arm rest cushions).

I have a secret lab. I don’t know if I’m sitting on it wrong but the cushion is hard as fuck, the neck pillow I can’t find a proper position for it because it’s so thick.
I like the back rest but find i have to raise it an inch and then sit back into it keeping in place.
Maybe I just have fucked body ergo.

Arm rests are £18 or so each, other than that clean win.

Secret lab just started selling replacement arm rests for $20 a pop i believe. Way better price then buying parted ones from full chairs.

Don’t even buy the armrests until you call secret lab first. A friend of mine contacted them about armrests and a peeling seat cushion and they sent him an entire new chair minus the frame.
Call about the arm rests, they may just send some. I might also look into getting one of their cloth covers if you decide to keep it, because it WILL peel. It’s not a question of if, only when.
I hope it works out for you, I’ve never found them terribly comfortable and ended up going for an all mesh chair after trying one.

Secretlab chairs are mass produced trash they throw a design and their name on. Sure free is great, but I like my spine too much.
Not hating on gaming chairs, but do people not understand how comfy some “office” chairs are? I use an aero-whatever office chair for gaming, and it’s probably one of the most comfy chairs in my house. I can sit in it for hours without an ounce of discomfort.

Honestly, look, I can’t pay a couple grand for Herman Miller. Not even the half priced ones at the discount stores.
Instead, I got like a $200 Hyken from staples.
Literally leagues apart from the “gaming chair with foot rest recline back” from Amazon that is a literally carbon copy with a different logo sticker slapped on.
Avoid “gaming chairs” and get office chairs. They’re built for long use.
Honestly, avoid most “gaming” anything.
Get a back support thing. Gaming chairs are great for leaning back and you can even fall asleep on it but they offer zero support when it comes to your back. They always give the smallest back cushion that does nothing. Get good back support.
