It’s a solid build, although kinda expensive for a used PC with those specs. Also you should definitely have at least one intake fan.
I think you overpaid a bit, but it’s still a solid choice for this generation of gaming. You can get a Ryzen 3700X for around $200, and an Nvidia 3070 typically costs between $300 and $350. If your motherboard supports M.2, definitely consider upgrading to an M.2 SSD in the near future!
