Barbie Horse Adventures: Mystery Ride (2003), a great game that’s centered around Barbie taking care of a horse on the countryside, and riding it around the map to complete puzzles, some of them are a little tough. The horse riding is shockingly realistic and fluid for the time too.

My friend had the game and we used to play it together. My friend later gave me the disc and I played the game lots! I still have it. Haven’t played it in a bit, I’ll have to pull it out.
