Yes, it’s salvageable.
It can be used to help shim up a leg of an uneven table.

At this point all you can do is put a cooler on it and find out if it still works because you’re not fixing that unfortunately

I think the Titanic is more salvageable than what I’m looking at
First glance, only saw the peeled of top layer of the PCB, thought mabey its possible if theres no transistors and what not missing. Zoomed in, and saw the real damage. When you said you were using a razor blade and hammer, did you just end up hammering the die?
Yes if its dead you can’t do anything but have you tried it? Some die dont have any circuit on the top if you are lucky it still works.
