I like the setup, especially the lamp. I really like that lamp.

I love your setup (and have the same lamp).
An iPad is a necessary accessory for meetings, notifications and calendar.
I would replace the dual monitor setup with a 34″ or 38″ ultra wide.
Also, I would replace the laptop stand with a DJ stand to get more space bellow the laptop.
