Is this well known or known at all that you can “ads” with the Thundergun? I was fooling around and discovered this. Does it have any actual use maybe found in code or am I just over thinking it all? Still think it’s cool though to see.

That actually was a cut feature during the development of Black Ops. ADS turns it on “suck” mode, allowing you to kinda throw zombies in a certain direction. You could even suck power ups towards you, which was a trait later seen again with the Jet Gun in TranZit
The feature was removed due to the ability to grief teammates by moving zombies around in front of them or whatnot, (also getting zombies stuck places) but later on this is what eventually inspired the concept of Grief in BO2 because the devs were having fun with it pre launch
