I’m giving this one to Oda. He’s Hanako Arasaka’s (the literal emperor’s daughter) bodyguard and is clearly packing cutting-edge cyberware. He was also trained by Takemura, who has decades of combat experience and was chosen specifically to be Saburo Arasaka’s bodyguard. Additionally, V seems visibly exhausted by their fight with Oda, so if V had a hard time fighting him, I imagine David doesn’t stand much of a chance.

Assuming Cyberskeleton David didn’t just drop right in front of Oda and Oda knew what he’d be fighting beforehand, I’d give it to Oda. Oda has likely seen all kinds of prototype cyberware and has been trained to deal with them as a bodyguard of Hanako.

Without the cyber skeleton David isn’t much more than another ganger you’ve met on the streets a thousand times. He might have a bit more cyber wear than typical but at a huge cost anyway. Dudes barely sane. He’s literally nothing to V but another Nat to paint the wall with. Just another body laying on the floor of some side mission She had to do. Oda went toe to toe with V in single combat. He lost. Miserably. But so did everyone else. But he’s still a boss fight. Oda no diffs David.
