This looks like an old PGC outfit. Or one of the tournament outfits.. I have this but I don’t really play anymore. However, I’d guess you can only get it again from that wack gambling system pubg has. So basically, no. I don’t think pubg has ever re-released tournament based gear/skins before.
You can get this set through the workshop/archivist chests. I have gotten most PGC gear through them. The 2019 set is the most rare… Just play the game and spend your BP on keys and chests and hope you get lucky.
