So title pretty much sums it up. Been browsing marketplace and looking around I am interested in a gaming pc. I have a few bucks to spends but do not want to break the bank to bad. But that being said last time I even attempted to look at building or buying a gaming PC was 2019 and oh have the prices and technology changed since then. So I guess I was wondering what are your thoughts on something like this? If this is to nasty don’t go to hard in the comments instead point me in the right direction😭 I don’t really wanna go over $800 but I don’t even know if that is possible this day in age for a gaming pc ? Thanks for the help and hopefully see you guys on steam soon!
Oh should also note do not want to play the most demanding games or max setting per say but definitely want something that doesn’t look like a potatoe

Hello ValidToaster553, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!

To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!

Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

I wouldn’t buy what’s in the photo for a start.

I am so confused as to why they used that CPU for a gaming PC.

  4. Does your 800 budget include the need for a monitor and peripherals?

You can search for best graphics cards on 2024 May (medium tier) on Youtube and then search for best combo build for that card. EZ

Save your money, 800 wont get you anything that will provide a decent fps on MODERN games.
