The monitor not being centered on the table hurts my eyes. Get a bigger deskmat. The chair must surely hurt your back and neck?
Other than that nice cable management and the floor looks nice.
first possible improvement, that comes to my mind: does the printer need to be placed on the desk? most printers today are wireless anyway so you could put it on that closet or somewhere else. maybe even put it inside that closet or any other cabinet. how often do you even need it? i only power mine maybe once per month. the rest of the time it’s stored away.
