I bought an MSI pre build march 24 and it was a terrible experience. One of the many ridiculous moments was them telling me I had to pay to ship the entire PC back to them, wait up to three weeks, and pay to have it shipped to me again to fix the defective mouse. That, software issues, them not having components and drivers on their website for latest gens or builds, or not even knowing which driver it needed, internet not working, bloatware, etc. Thankfully I was able to return it, even though they tried to make me pay for shipping. I will avoid them entirely going forward. If you want a pre build I feel like you’re better off going with a company that builds custom ones. You’d probably get more for the same amount.

The 4070 super in #1 is better than the 4070 in #2. Both cpus will perform about the same given adequate cooling. They both have 8 P cores(the ones that matter for gaming) but the 14900 has extra e cores. If you have workloads(not gaming) that use all the extra threads go for 2, if not and gaming is the primary concern go for 1.

I say the cyberpower. Between the better gpu and liquid cooling those are nice upgrades compared to the msi.
Lots of people also don’t take into account that even in productivity, the difference in the cpus will be negligible at best unless you’re rendering or video editing. For most users the 2 cpus will be equal. Where the gpu for gaming will have a big impact.

I’ve got a CyberPower from 2009 that still runs. And using my second one now. They make/sell good stuff. Even called me up to let me know Xp couldn’t recognize all the RAM I wanted. Which was fine because I was holding off on whatever the crap version was before 7. Vista maybe?

Custom prebuilt had a slightly stronger GPU, while the MSi prebuilt one had a slightly stronger CPU.
