I adore the idea of a slow paced, sad and cozy cyberpunk. I know some will say that that would be just "cyber" and not "punk" but you get what i mean i hope.
I cant help but love the vibes, of a, melancholic hyper tech world, dim-lit with purple neon lights, almost silent, few people around, spotless clean and everything feels empty and ethereal. Sad, mellow, with an aurea of comforting sadness.
Corporations run the world, most people barely even care. Nothing has a sense and a point anymore, but it doesnt matter, because life just feels too tranquil and empty for you to desire anything else.
For reference, similar in vibes to the vaporwave album ２８１４ – 新しい日の誕生/Birth of a New Day
I imagined several stories with this premise and i love it.
What do you guys think? Do you have any suggestions about content similar in nature?
I still love the "street" cyberpunk but i like this even more.

The game Cloudpunk is pretty chill imo
Bladerunner and Bladerunner 2049 are both pretty slow pacing wise and are also cyberpunk staples movie wise, so I’d recommend watching them both if you haven’t already.

I think you would enjoy the anime ‘Eve no Jikan’. There’s a 6 ONA series and a recap movie.
