probably. Based on the numbers and no useful information, I’m assuming this is a [14700(k)](https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/236783/intel-core-i7-processor-14700k-33m-cache-up-to-5-60-ghz/specifications.html) cpu. your P cores boost higher than E cores. The P-cores boost to 5.5mhz, so the 5.4~ makes sense. Minecraft is pretty core count limited, so it makes sense most of your cores are doing fuck all.
