I haven't gotten artifacts yet, and when I turned the voltage up this much, any of the stuttering stopped. The temp hasn't gone above 62C on heaven. Am I going to hard?

Its ok i wouldnt recommend pushing it further. If you get screen freeze or artifacts lower down core clock and core voltage
You can’t go too high with that slider. All it does is give the max voltage Nvidia allows.
you can probably boost the memory to +800 or more fyi
