The amount of articles I’ve read the last 10 years about Linux breaking 2 and 3% tells me Linux isn’t really breaking anything. It’s stagnant. Steamdeck simply absorbed other Linux market shares.

I am just looking for a reason to jump from windows at this point. The only thing that is keeping me from biting the bullet are the fallowing:
1. Terminal is a bitch and a half to use. you kind of have to know some command line in order to use linux as a gamer.
2. I am not sure if xbox game pass can be used on linux (honestly it is such a good deal for me I don’t want to lose it)
3. I am just too lazy to do a deep back up and move all my files (I do mini backups with occasional deep ones).
The new AI thing might just push me over the edge. I am not sure at this point though.
