Depends on what do you want to use it on. If it’s a chip with IHS then yeah, it’s good, for direct-die applications though I’d go with a phase change TIM if you’re unsure your mounting pressure is good enough. Even the best ordinary paste would be prone to pumping out in a direct die setup, and no, a hotspot delta of 30C isn’t normal as some people say.
