Considering the CPU utilization on all of the cores, it’s doubtful you’ll be able to reasonably able to increase the speed. You’re running into the all core boost limit on the CPU, the 11700F can run at 4.9Ghz on low core count loads but all core will run at 4.4Ghz max. It seems the core multiplier is locked on that CPU, although I could be wrong on that part, but that means you aren’t able to increase the core clocks if I am correct
