    It depends how minor of a minor character you mean. I’d probably say it’s a tie between Blue Moon, and Daddy Vik, but if you mean an even less minor character then idk to be honest

    I took so many shots of this chick. Her character design is so dope. And the lighting at the entrance to the club she is standing at makes her look even more rad.

    Vic is the best choom out there but i wouldn’t consider him a minor character as he is there with V through all his major/life-changing decisions.

    If I have to name one, it is **Sandra Dorset**. I think she is both interesting as a character, a kind of stressed out and afraid corpo who steps up anyway (kind of brave thing to do). The plot seeds planted in her three missions are intriguing

    others:

    Victor – I would have preferred a few more scenes with him

    Dum-Dum – I like it how he nerds out when selling the Flathead, but I don’t think there is any more in him.

    Peralez couple – I don’t understand how there isn’t a threesome scene with them. Criminal. Seriously though, I would have liked one more mission related to their story.

    Blue Moon – an extra mission bodyguard or escort (I mean as “armed security on a night out”) mission would have been fun. In general I like how the Us Cracks are set up as these stupid idols, and how they turn out to be pretty cool.

    b@d – I couldn’t figure out who this hacker is, but it is intriguing that she (?) is involved in a number of gigs, hustles and at least one secret location (the tower behind the kabuki brawler twins)

    Crispin Weyland- I would have liked a mission or two with him, seems a fun guy to have around

    Tiny Mike – same as Crispin. He is set up as a future bro character to call on, but it goes nowhere as is.
