I’m so excited, I only ever played the first level of Tomba on a demo disk, now I’ll be able to experience the full game at 31 !!

  2. Absolute banger.

Gonna get it when it comes out.

Earlier today, I was reading about the PAOK football team in Thessaloniki that plays at the “Toumba” stadium; when I read that, my mind immediately went to this game.

Now as I’m scrolling through my feed, the algo hits me with this, which is something I e not seen or thought about in like 10-15 years.

    What in the actual fuck?

  4. special edition got me excited, sadly it’s just a rom with nothing changed. LRG, you’ve done it again!

I literally comment this every time someone mentions Tomba on this sub, but these are my favorite games of all time. I’ve played the hell out of them on the original PlayStation, on emulators, on a ps vita, and I’m absolutely thrilled for this new release.

I would really prefer if you’d be quiet

If anyone still has a PS3, I think you can still buy this game on the PSN Store in its original PS1 glory.

I played it a couple of years ago. I didn’t think I’d get into it, but after getting used to the wonky controls (the jump arc is weird) I found it strangely addicting. You have to do dozens of tiny mini-quests which usually amount to extremely simple side quests, but each one helps you progress to the next, and once you unlock better traversal mechanics you’ll be running around the game map trying to check off your massive list of quest items.

Fair warning, the music (mostly) sucks ass.

A new Tumbler?? If it has even more pictures than Tumbler 2, it just might earn a spot in the top 100 games of all time
