I can’t wait to pay twice as much for the 5090 as I would the 5080 to get a 15% – 20% gain of diminishing returns that I’ll never be able to notice on even the best of monitors!

Would I need to plug it straight into the wall?

  3. Bad_And_Wrong

At this point the first questions will be:

    1. How expensive?
    2. How power hungry?
    3. Does it need a new sparkling bigger case?

Can’t wait for like 7 years from now when 5090 levels of powers will become accessible for average consumers at around 200€ and much more energy efficient..

I got a 4070 at a great price and I already have heating for my house so this will be a no from me dawg.

I was really hoping it would be 32GB 512-bit.

  7. I hope for more efficiency this time around.

The future of GPUs, at least this level, is to come with its own case u plug directly in to the wall, a gpu connecter to ur mb and a sata or usb cable to ur tower

  9. Mortifer_I

The real question is how much “cheaper” a 4090 will get.

Something tells me it’s about time to up a gauge or two on the power cables for these things.

At this point the nuclear power plant would have to be right next to your house to power it

At the rate Nvidia keeps amping up the size/price of their GPUs, I’m just going to buy an Intel GPU and move on with my life.

I just want 1080p 60FPS on high settings. My current PC has only just hit the wall of not being able to do that (well for the kinds of games I play anyway).

At this point Nvidia might as well just get into the PSU space.

What is the point of a high end titanium PSU that will last a lifetime of Nvidia are creating demand for more PSUs. Just do it yourself and make bank nvidia

    It’s it’s own computer now.

  15. Slow-Switch8412

My 24gb 7900 xtx is all I need the 7800 x3d pairs perfectly

  16. IntersnetSpaceships

I’m just going to hold onto my EVGA 3080 until it dies.

  17. TenPhoar13

I can’t wait to play Dragons Dogma 2 on high settings at 60 fps

i hear its going to be large enough to build the rest of the pc inside of it.

custom water cooled loops will need a 5 gal jug of water

for the premium edition it comes with its own grounding cable that needs to be placed at least 6inches directly into the ground

i heard it has its own ups built into it

thats not a fan thats a turbine

did you know when you buy a 5090 it also comes with divorce papers

its so loud you wont have to hear your spouse complain about how much you play video games

Pretty soon HVAC technicians will need NVIDIA training.
