Get a bigger desk to start. Facebook Marketplace has a great selection of cheap desks. Maybe a shelf or two above the monitor for decoration, and some storage like Ikea Alexa for the excess stuff. Last but not least, a cup holder for that big ass cup.

Looks like a good start, dude. A few ideas: a bigger desk has already been suggested. 1) Assuming that’s not in the cards, consider moving the PC to the floor( but not directly on carpet) to free up desk space. A riser to get it off the floor can address airflow, especially if it has bottom fans. 2) Wrangle those cables so they can’t be easily seen. Cables trays and tuners that attach to the underside of the desk help a lot. 3).Then start thinking about personal touches to make it your own. Wall art, display shelves, etc.
